When Can You Request an Exchange?
You are eligible for an exchange if:
- You received a wrong, defective, or damaged product.
- The weight, pack size, or variation you received does not match your order.
- You report the issue within 2 days of receiving the product.
How to Request an Exchange
You can request an exchange easily through any of our support channels:

- Phone Call
Just share your Order ID, the issue, and (if required) a photo/video for quick verification.
Exchange Process
Once your request is approved:
- We will arrange to collect the incorrect item
- A replacement will be shipped as soon as the returned item is received or verified
- Our team will keep you updated throughout the entire process.
Conditions for Exchange
To be eligible for exchange:
The product must be unused and in its original packaging
All accessories, tags, and extras must be included
Products damaged by customer misuse are not eligible for exchange
Pre-Order & Special Items
Pre-order and special items can be exchanged only if they arrive damaged or defective.
